Taste profile: This high altitude SHB (strictly hard bean) is well-balanced and complex with ample body, acidity and aroma. Choose Dark roast, with rich and smoky chocolate tones, or Light roast, with a heavier body and floral aromas. Or choose a dark-roasted Decaf variety, processed using the 100% chemical-free SWISS WATER decaffeination process.
